1. About these terms

These Terms & Policy govern the use of services offered by World Traveller's (“we”, “us”, “our”), including visa assistance, air ticket booking, hotel reservations, holiday packages, flight chartering, and related travel arrangements. By making an enquiry or booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Our role

World Traveller's acts as a travel facilitator and intermediary. Airlines, hotels, visa authorities, tour operators, and charter providers remain responsible for their own products and services. Final confirmation of any booking is subject to supplier availability and their terms.

3. Bookings and payments

• Quotes are indicative until written confirmation and payment instructions are issued.
• Full or partial payment may be required to secure fares, rooms, packages, or charter aircraft.
• Prices may change due to airline/hotel rate fluctuations, taxes, fuel surcharges, or currency variation until tickets or vouchers are issued.
• You are responsible for providing accurate passenger names, dates, and contact details matching travel documents.

4. Travel documents and visas

You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, permits, and health documents required for your itinerary. We provide guidance and assistance based on information available at the time; visa approval decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy or consulate. We are not liable for visa refusals, delays, or entry denials by immigration authorities.

5. Changes and cancellations

Changes or cancellations are subject to airline, hotel, package, and charter supplier rules, plus any service fees we communicate at the time of booking. Please refer to our Refund & Return policy for payment-related details.

6. Packages and itineraries

Holiday packages may include flights, hotels, transfers, and sightseeing as described in your confirmation. Optional activities and personal expenses are not included unless stated. Itineraries may be adjusted for weather, operational reasons, or supplier constraints; we will inform you of material changes where reasonably possible.

7. Flight chartering

Charter quotations depend on aircraft availability, routing, landing permissions, crew duty limits, and airport slots. A signed confirmation and agreed deposit are typically required. Additional costs (handling, night parking, de-icing, extra flying time, waiting charges) may apply as per operator terms.

8. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage, and delays. Unless we explicitly arrange and confirm a policy for you, insurance is your responsibility.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, World Traveller's is not liable for losses arising from supplier failures, schedule changes, force majeure events, natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or acts beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for proven service-related claims, where applicable, is limited to the service fees paid to us for the specific booking in question.

10. Privacy

We collect personal information needed to process enquiries and bookings (such as name, contact details, and travel preferences). We share data with suppliers only as required to fulfil your travel arrangements. We do not sell your personal information.

11. Website use

Content on this website is for general information. While we aim for accuracy, service descriptions and offers may be updated without notice. Unauthorized use of our branding or content is prohibited.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai / Thane, Maharashtra, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
